This morning I embarked on a journey with a friend, to the world famous (I’m over exaggerating a bit) Mr. Holmes Bakehouse in San Francisco. We got there around 9 o’ clock and the line was not too bad, the cost, however, was on the pricier side. I got six pasties and paid about $24. I got a pastry for everyone in my family and kept two for myself. I got six because, in order to get the box, that is the amount you have to buy.

I first started out with the cruffin. Don’t get me wrong, it is good, but I just don’t think it is worth all the hype. I also tried some of the donuts and the same thing goes for that. The pastries, in my opinion, are over sweetened, over priced, and over hyped. Mr. Holmes Bakehouse will definitely be a one-time thing for me, but I did get a couple really neat photos out of my little visit. (This was a short little review, but I honestly did not have much to say about it)
